Puller with quick adjustment and cross hook with claw feet

KUKKO shows the competition its claws with the 14 series

Application example of the 14 series

The special feature of the 14 series are the cross hooks with claw feet. During the extraction process, the scissor-like hook guide presses the claw feet against the part to be extracted. This makes it possible to reach even the narrowest spaces between pinions, bearings and similar parts.

This is how it works: First, the loose hooks can be mounted, only then are the crosshead and spindle inserted from above.

These are the benefits

  • Extremely wide span range due to variable mounting of the pull-off hooks
  • Clamping width and clamping depth can be individually adjusted
  • Pullers are self-clamping and easy to handle
  • Self-locking retaining pins that do not fall out during work

The scissor-like hook guide provides a secure grip. The claw feet enclose the part.

The individual components can be reassembled. Hooks can be reversed.

The decrossing of the pull-off hooks increases the span range many times over.

We know how to secure holding pins!

Unlike many competitors, our retaining pins have a ball lock.‍ This guarantees that the pins remain in their intended position at all times and cannot fall out.
