Questions about vehicle-specific pullers?

Some products provide information about vehicle types. These products should always be used with the specified vehicle type. Which puller fits a specific vehicle is defined by the vehicle manufacturer. This is why we produce universal pullers for the most part. The dimension and strength specifications for our products are included in our product descriptions. We recommend gauging your particular situation and comparing the specifications provided on each product page.

Do the old hooks fit the new cross-beams?

No, the older hooks have different dimensions. Some of them fit the new cross-beams but cannot be securely attached there. We are working to improve our products all the time, and the dimensions of items can sometimes change as a result. We recommend that you always use the latest products and the items and accessories intended for use with each other.

How does my puller work?

You will find detailed instructions for using your product in the user manual. For sets, a quick guide is included in the case lid. For many products, the user manual is included in the product case. Some products have a QR code which can be scanned to open the page for that product on our website, where you’ll will find the user manual and additional explanatory videos. You can also watch all of our product videos on our Youtube channel.

Which spindle is in my puller?

Each spindle has an article number lasered onto it below the spindle head. If the article number is not legible due to wear, you can search our website for the item which uses the spindle. The spindle will be listed on the item’s product page as a spare part, along with the spindle’s article number.

Where can I find add-ons for my puller?

Puller add-ons and accessories are available on our website. Simply enter your KUKKO article number in the search bar to find your product. On the product page, you will see the sections “spare part”, “consists of”, “is part of”, “accessories”, etc. which contain additional items that match your product.

How can I submit a complaint/return an item?

If you are not satisfied with a KUKKO item, you can submit a complaint by e-mail to anfrage@kukko.com. If you would like to return an item, please use our return form. The return form can be found on our website, under Downloads.

Where can I find the hook dimensions for my product?

The hook dimensions are lasered or cast on the product. You can also find the dimensions by going to our website and entering your product’s article number in the search bar. Finally, hook dimensions can also be found in our Puller Guide.

Do you also manufacture custom pullers according to customer specifications?

Yes, we can produce special tools that are tailor-made to your requirements. To do this, we require a detailed description of the task to be completed as well as a description of the environmental conditions. You can send us pictures, along with descriptions of the challenges you are facing, and we will get in touch with you to work on a solution.

What information do I need to receive price quotes over the phone?

To provide price quotes over the phone, we need your customer number.

How will I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice separately by mail or e-mail.

At what times are you available by phone?

We can be reached by phone Monday through Thursday, 7:15 am to 4:00 pm. On Fridays we are available by phone from 7:15 am until 2:30 pm.

How can/should I order?

We generally accept written orders by e-mail fax and mail.

Are purchased items available for pickup from KUKKO?

Yes, if you notify us beforehand, you can pick up your purchased goods Monday through Thursday before 3:30 pm and Friday before 2:00 pm.

By what time do I have to place my order for same-day delivery of items in stock?

Items need to be ordered by noon for same-day delivery on working days. During peak periods, it may take longer than normal to process your request due to the increased number of orders received before yours.

Where can I find the serial number for warranty extension / product registration?

The serial number is located on the back of the KUKKO chip, which is included in each set.

Do you offer other shipping methods?

Goods can also be shipped with DPD or your own delivery service provider. Additional delivery options are also available through UPS:
UPS Express Plus by 9:00 am, Express by 10:30 am, and Express 12:00 by 12:00 pm (depends on the weight of the parcel)

When will I receive my purchased items?

If your order is received and processed by noon, you will typically receive your delivery on the next working day if your order is being shipped within Germany.

How will my purchased items be shipped?

Purchased items are shipped with our logistics partner UPS Express Saver.

How do I find out which KUKKO product is the right one for my needs?

With our product configurator, you can quickly and easily configure a product suitable for your situation. To find the right product based on the surrounding conditions relevant to your task, the KUKKO Puller Guide includes simple instructions which can help you choose the right tool for a wide range of situations.

How/where can I return products?

To return an item, go to the download area on our website and download our return form. Fill out the form completely and insert in your return parcel. Our return address is also listed on the form.

How do I find out which KUKKO product I have?

All KUKKO products have an article number that is lasered or cast on the product. To find out which product you have, enter this number in the search bar on our website. If the article number is unreadable due to normal wear and tear, send an email to anfrage@kukko.com and we will help you identify your product.

Is it possible to purchase your products as an end user/international customer? If so, where?

You can find a sales partner in your area by using our sales partner search. Products can also be easily ordered through our online shop at www.periwork.de

I am looking for a spare part for an item.

Spare parts can be requested through our website by entering the KUKKO article number for your tool in the search bar. The requested item will then appear. All available replacement parts for the item will be listed on the product page, under “Spare Parts”, along with their respective article numbers.

How can I see if parts are in stock?

If you have a customer account with us, you can log in online at https://catalog.kukko.com/clientportal/ to see our inventory. If you do not have an account for our customer portal, feel free to contact us by e-mail at anfrage@kukko.com or call 02103 / 9754-400 to check our current stock.

How do I contact KUKKO by phone?

If you have any questions, you can call us at 02103 / 9754-400. We can be reached between 7:15 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Fridays we are available by phone from 7:15 am to 2:30 pm.
