Application range
The hydraulic pullers from KUKKO are capable of solving even extreme pulling problems. The infinitely variable power enables controlled and safe work at all times while utilizing the full performance potential of the pullers. Whenever manual power reaches its limits, the hydraulic system ensures maximum power transmission.
The hydraulic cylinders are suitable for extracting particularly large and tight-fitting bearings, gears and pulleys. Depending on the cylinder, the pull-off force is in the range between 5 and 75 tons.
The GOLIATH can pull off up to 50 t and is the separating solution for removal processes requiring a huge amount of force.

Hydraulic hollow rams
The series YRH can be used both as pull- and pressure cylinder. Complete with threaded pressure piece. Single-acting with spring return.
Maximum pull-off force: 50 tons

Hydraulic cylinder rams
The series YRE is developed for use in all situations. Long stroke models. Single-acting with spring return.
Maximum pull-off force: 75 tons

Lift cylinder
The series YSM is suitable for use where other cylinders are too big. Grooved piston ends mean pressure pads are not needed.
Maximum pull-off force: 20 tons

Hydraulic Heavyweights
The Big Player range includes mobile KUKKO separators for the heavy industry, railways, commercial vehicles, power plants, and other applications in which large bearings, gears, or similar parts need to be removed.
AXLE
For pressing king pins in and out on the front axles of commercial vehicles.
Maximum pull-off force: 75 tons

DAVID
Hydraulic, mobile, 3-arm puller with adjustable clamping depth.
Maximum pull-off force: 20 tons

GOLIATH
Mobile hydraulic separator with hydraulic puller.
Maximum pull-off force: 50 tons
